I’m testing FLUKA 2011-3.0 (gfortran 9.2, 64 bits (.tgz)) on Ubuntu 19.10 (Linux version 5.3.0-26-generic (buildd@lgw01-amd64-013) (gcc version 9.2.1 20191008 (Ubuntu 9.2.1-9ubuntu2)) #28-Ubuntu SMP Wed Dec 18 05:37:46 UTC 2019) and on Debian 10 (Linux version 4.19.0-6-amd64 (debian-kernel@lists.debian.org) (gcc version 8.3.0 (Debian 8.3.0-6)) #1 SMP Debian 4.19.67-2+deb10u2 (2019-11-11)). I start the calculations using the FLAIR program (3.0-2). If the FLAIR program remains running until the end of the calculations then FLUKA correctly completes the calculations. If I turn off FLAIR during calculations, then FLUKA reaches the last particle and after it is simulated it freezes, does not transfer the obtained data from the working directories to the main directory and does not delete the working directories. This effect is reproducible in both Ubuntu and Debian systems.
What may be the problem?
I attach simple input files test.flair (4.6 KB), test.inp (2.1 KB) and a package with the results of frozen calculations.
Regards
Adam
