The flair crashes with python error on Mac

Hello!

I am using the Sequoia system on Mac, and I have successfully installed FLUKA. After that, I installed FLAIR. However, I encountered a compilation issue when installing GeoViewer. The problem was resolved by installing Tk and X11 via the command sudo port install tk +x11. After that, the compilation succeeded, and I was able to install GeoViewer successfully using make install DESTDIR=***.

However, when I open FLAIR from the terminal, the display is the same as before installing GeoViewer, which is strange. Moreover, when I click on “Geometry”, FLAIR crashes with a Python error.(I installed python313 on the Mac)

Could you please help me solve this issue? Thank you very much!

Hello @mchin , After contacting MacPorts support, we have a solution for Python 3.13 (or Python3.12 as well for you).
