The reason why the prompt gamma dose recorded by USRBIN+AUXSCORE is zero after activation decay is initiated in FLUKA?

Description

Dear all:

I am using FLUKA to simulate the dose distribution of a 250 MeV proton cyclotron. I use the USRBIN card with the AUXSCORE filter to obtain the prompt dose distributions of neutrons and gamma rays in a specific plane. Simultaneously, I use the IRRPROFI card to define the beam extraction time and beam current, activate decay with the DCYTIMES and RADDECAY cards, and obtain residual dose distributions after different cooling times using the USRBIN and DCYSCORE cards. The main card settings are shown in the figure below. Everything seems to run correctly, but I encountered problems with the simulation results:

Case 1: When decay activation is enabled, the prompt gamma dose distribution obtained with the USRBIN and AUXSCORE cards in a specific plane is zero, while the neutron results are normal.
Case 2: When decay activation is disabled and only prompt dose distributions are scored, both neutron and gamma prompt dose distributions are normal.

What could be causing this problem? I have attached the input files and the USRBIN results for the two cases above.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Dear Liu,

It is the expected behavior based on your RADDECAY card. The prompt cut option increases the transport cutoff of gammas, electrons, and positrons by ~10000, effectively not transporting them at all.
