Dear FLUKA experts,

I am trying to run a simulation of a simple point source of Co-60 e Cs-137 inside a building and evaluate the dose in air spheres at different locations. I used many region around the building for setting different particle importance.

The simulation doesn’t start because of the following error message:

  • Output file
    Abort called from GEOFAR reason TOO MANY ERRORS IN GEOMETRY: STOP Run stopped!
    STOP TOO MANY ERRORS IN GEOMETRY: STOP
  • Log file
    STOP TOO MANY ERRORS IN GEOMETRY: STOP
    Note: The following floating-point exceptions are signalling: IEEE_UNDERFLOW_FLAG IEEE_DENORMAL
    STOP STOP: FLUKA ABORTED

However, the geometry doesn’t report any error message.

Dear Corrado,

your source is on a border of two region. Try to nudge it a bit in the X axis to avoid the error.
