Too many regions error with PET-CT

I followed the given steps and wanted to calculate the dose deposition in PET-CT.
[Simulate voxel S Value on PET-CT - #2 by vasilis] But when I run it, the following error occurs. How should I solve it?

Additionally, how should I set the priority for START？

Dear @dengtiantian22 ,

you can increase the number of maximum regions using a GLOBAL card up to 20000.
