Transport of neutrons associated with radioactivity

Dear FLUKA users,

I am interested in calculating the flux of neutrons transported through the rock.

I am wondering if I have to worry about energy spectra from spontaneous fission and (alpha, n) reactions only, which will be fed to FLUKA as particle source or I should also consider having (alpha, n) cross sections.

Please help me clear this confusion.
