Is it possible to define a U-238 target and obtain the radioactive decay activities of progeny radionuclides of the U-238 series as well?

could you specify what you mean by target ?
If you think of defining a source of U-238 you may only simulate and transport the decay (in semi-analogue mode) secondaries of the full chain, but not at a specific point in time but from zero to infinity and normalised to per decay. Depending on what you are looking for that might not be very meaningful.
