Dear FLUKA experts,
I do have FLUKA 4-1.1 version installed on UBUNTU 20 platform, Gfortran 9.4 version. I’d like to upgrade it to the newest version released in FLUKA.cern website. The question I have is should I have to uninstall the old version and then install the new one or there is another way around to get the latest updates.
Sincerely,
Dear @abdalmalki,
If you want to keep the old version, you can install the new version separately in another folder. In this way you can switch between the FLUKA executables directly in FLAIR or in bashrc.
Hope this helps,
Mihaela
