USRBIN / USRTRACK output reading

Dear experts,

I run an input file to learn the use of usrtrack and usrbin scoring cards. I’d like to use them to score photon intensity in the region. After data processing in Flair, I got the files as the following picture.
Are cyc_21_sum.lis and cyc_21_tab.lis files the output files from USRTRACK card?
And how can I read the outputs from USRBIN card in Flair?

When I use the usbsuw code on the terminal for each cycle I got the same figures
