Blank common exhausted

I’ve previously run simulations with Dicom files (CT scans) converted to voxel geometry, however, now I’m getting a **** Blank common exhausted in Pwxsst **** error
i don’t know the reason of this error.
can any one help me how solve this problem?

would you mind sharing your input/voxel so we can debug?

Maybe one of the following options could help:

1. enable the new point wise treatment, by adding a LOW-PWXS card in your input
2. Increase the memory using the GLOBAL WHAT(6)
