FLUKA School (beginner), March 16-20 at CERN

We are happy to announce a one-week FLUKA school, which will take place from Monday March 16 to Friday March 20, 2020, at CERN.

This school will offer students and professionals working on radiation physics problems, a beginner’s introduction to the various functions and attributes of FLUKA. The course will also introduce the functionalities of the completely revised user interface Flair3.

The registration fee is 150 CHF for academia/research users and 500 CHF for commercial users . The fee includes coffee breaks and one social dinner. Accommodation is not included in the fee.

Admission is on a first-come-first-serve basis, confirmed upon receipt of the registration fee. The number of course participants is limited to 30. A limited number of rooms has been pre-booked at the CERN hostel, valid until February 15th (or until filled). The costs are to be covered by the participant. Details can found on the event website.

Update concerning the FLUKA School@CERN (16-20 March 2020): The maximum number of participants has already been reached (including a waiting list). We therefore regret to announce that new registrations are no longer possible.
