How to estimate the rise temperature of a material

I want to calculate the rise in surface temperature of the shield due to the Co-60 sources for the above case. Which quantity should I score?

Dear @jyoti.grg,
Fluka cannot directly estimate the rise of temperature of an object. I know that who needs to do this, couples Fluka with some other code, like Ansys, that take in input the energy deposited (provided by Fluka simulations) to estimate the thermo-mechanical effects on the object.
