Your RESNUCLE card requires a unit and a name, which are not provided in your input file. Additionally, unless you wish to score the prompt radiation, you must use a DCYSCORE card to specify what decay time you wish your RESNUCLE card applies to.

The flair file you sent me runs without any problem on my machine. I was able to make a nuclei plot in the SHIELD region like you wanted.

Did you try running using the “Run” tab in flair?

Could you indicate what version of flair and fluka you are using?
